Start by soaking the paneer in lukewarm water for 15-20min. Then coat the paneer in all the spices . Heat up oil in a sauce pan and add the coated paneer. It is key to shallow fry this until crispy and golden.
In a separate saucepan add in your oil, onions and peppers. Stir fry for a few mins before adding in your ginger and garlic paste. Let’s this cook for a few mins. I cooked them until they were soft with a slight crunch.
Then add the in cooked vegetables into the paneer mixtures and let cook for a few minutes. Once both combined add in sauce mixture and cook for around 10 mins.
Garnish with sesame seeds, serve with Shreya’s Mango Chutney, any mint chutney of your choice and either rice or naan.
